Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped on business days. Such as; Monday through Friday (not including holidays). allow up to 2-4 business days for the order to be processed before being shipped out. All orders are shipped from within Canada. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. If there is any sort of service interruption, another form of shipping will be utilized.

Unless otherwise noted, shipping will be added to all orders at checkout.

Alexandra Kathleen Beauty is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be 'destroyed' by the courier.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

Each product is manufactured in small batches and is carefully packaged with hands on quality control in place. Therefore, logos and how they appear on the product may vary slightly from batch to batch.
