Refund policy

We at akdermal.com have your happiness and best interest in mind. We do believe in our products, but also understand that life can happen. Our return/exchange policy is up to 30 days. If you are unhappy with your product, you may contact us through info@akdermal.com. Please provide a brief description about your concerns and a copy of your invoice. Shipping/ Handling Fees are not refundable. If you are unhappy with your product, you also have the option to exchange for other products in our store. Please return the used/unused product as soon as possible to the following mailing address:

If the product you received is damaged in anyway, please email in pictures and a copy of your invoice to info@akdermal.com within 48 hours of receiving it. We will take care of Shipping/Handling costs for any exchange on damaged products.
